MAJOR LEAGUE RX-8 SETS WORLD RECORD 6.27@218 MPH IN 1/4 MILE !!!!!

Drag racing has become a popular event since the 50's and before that.  In life everything evolves and technology gets better and better.  The first car that i fell in love with it's exhaust note was the Mazda 13b powered rx-7 and at the import racing events they've always made the most noise and wow the crowd.  To have such small displacement these tiny engines known as the Wankel rotary engine are very impressive at the track. This new generation Mazda Rx-8 has set a new standard in the sport compact racing world. Powered by a 20B 3 rotor, team Major League's Rx-8 set a new world record, a  best for a rotary, and it's class.  The launch from the starting line , to the blast at the  finish line,  this animal rips the pavement to pieces and even though it took and slight trip to center lane the driver was still able to correct it and make a good run finishing at  6.27 sec @218 mph. The credit is due to team Major League who is representing Puerto Rico. Hats of to the team for the achievement.  I'm impressed !!!!!!  Give me some feedback !!!! What do you think ??
